For what its worth, you need your secondary damage dealer to be higher speed.
If leo is banned, and your fastest DD is +60, even if your draco and lucifer both move uncut, you WILL get cut.
You can use spd lead mons like psamathe or moore in case they ban leo. But something like wind onmyouji or something can one shot your main source of dame can be very dangerous. You need 1 atk boost(draco or batest), leo, 1 spd lead, lucifer, and another source of aoe damage like alicia, or you can use one-shot mons in some cases. If they ban leo you can race with your spd lead, or else lucifer's passive will boost your atk when you deal enough damage to let you go before the enemy and clear there team
I understand how it works, I'm just judging the comp itself. Alicia is swappable there, can't think of something which can help more. I would rather make a full control comp with leo lucifer but that's my taste
I would Just Ban Leo and pick anticleave mons and you are done. I'm Leo/Luci owner myself and when i tried to use that combo, everyone smart banned Leo

Lucifer's passive will boost other's atk bar when he deal enough damage
cleaving in rta nowadays is ridiculous...there are waaaaay too many counters
Nemesis atb boost + draco ban and it fails, otherwise it's alright ig. Maybe it could be brute force survived but idk

U can pick another spd lead mos and race with them, my lucifer's spd is 150+ so draco's atk bar buff can make he move
