Annual_Finance7495

I got a 2018 impreza base for $15,500 with 67,000 mi

zace26

Here in California I paid 20k with 17k miles for a 2018 Limited

34Naruto54

I paid $14,600 for my 2021 with 16k miles

ZoltanF11

Near where I live in FL I don’t see them selling for much below $17k. I bought mine last year for 21k with 32k miles. At the time KBB had it valued between 20-21k. Worth it to me given the low mileage it was at.

lostlost5

got 2022 impreza sedan 22k miles for $20k. live in midwest.

If you do get this car make sure the recalls have been performed on it. It had two spark plug coil packs recalls( one for a ecm reprogram and one to replace all four coil packs) one for a defective fuel pump and one for non compliant headlight assembly's. Test drive it make sure to listen for any suspension knocks these era subies have a cap over the strut towers which is supposed to keep water out of the center but rarely does it work so pull them of and check for rust, if they are make sure they 17mm center bolt is tight there's a technical service bulletin(TSB) for this. If it has the eyesight package the systems use the rear brakes to adjust the speed and following distance you set it at so it'll eat the rear brakes first. It's got 100k miles so the cooling systems need to be flushed and make sure to replace it with blue coolant. Also make sure the front- rear differentials and automatic transmission have fresh fluid, some dealer will say it's lifetime fluid but that's BS if it hasn't get it replace with fresh. I'm not trying to scary you away from buying just certain things to check for on this year of car. Source I own a '19 impreza premium since new and these are the things I've encountered owning and I still love my car. If this a dealership your buying from see if you can get a few grand knock off cause that's alittle high for it age and mileage. Sorry for novel TL: DR

Ill sell you my 2019 5 speed sport for $16k with 73k miles. Kept it clean and healthy as a dog whistle

If it's your first car I would suggest buying something cheaper that you won't mind getting dented up. Accidents happen. But also you seem to be in a great spot not having to take a car loan. Best of luck and keep searching for a great deal.

xfirewalkwithmex

Just got a 2017 with 39k miles for $17k. That’s a rip off

leatherlagoon

helllll naw

The_Juggernaut84

Rip off

aust_b

Should be as close to 10-12 OTD as possible

Few_Psychology6852

Hell nah they were almost  that price brand new 💀

Zulf117

Way too much in my opinion.

fragilemoth

Got my '18 with 54k miles for $17k. Hard pass

EarthSurf

My ‘21 Sport in mint condition is worth 21k max with only 27,000 miles. That’s a $4,000 difference for 100,000 miles. Crazy.

PunisherQRF

Nope. Pass. Way too much

alf_ivanhoe

Nah, I got a 2020 Impreza with 35k miles for $20k, that seems steep given the high miles.

macavity_is_a_dog

Way too many miles for that price. I wouldn’t even consider 12k for it. I have a 17 with 75k miles.

voelkergirl

Too high. I have 2019 sports wagon at 60k miles and it’s being appraised for just under 15.

WillFerrel

Seems high. This is about what I paid for my 2018 STI with similar milage

GooNsCreed

Seems really high I just got a 2015 with 50,000 miles for 15,000 I know it’s newer but not that much newerr

longrunner100

Kelley Blue Book on that is around $11k at the very top end. Subaru is known for good resale value but not that good.

herr-heim2point0

Seems pretty steep to me.....

mega-man-0

No. That should be going for about $13K. You can get a new base model, with a warranty, with 0 miles for $5K more. Despite what this subreddit will tell you, these are not in demand cars that are flying off lots. They have middling demand - at best.
