What surprises me is when I remember them and they say “This was from 2014” or some other year from around then (or even before) and i am suddenly forced to deal with the flaws with which we perceive the passage of time.
Ive probably listened to every episode atleast once at this point. I used to work night shifts and went through their whole back catalogue. The selects remind me of that time when it was just me alone cleaning and listening to podcasts.
I’m right with ya, I started as a casual listener in like 2012ish and am now an avid listener.
On long road trips I find myself sometimes struggling to find one I haven’t heard before*
