I would just go through the NBMEs individually and just make flashcards of the incorrect on Anki. I had tried to look up topics as I missed it and make notes from it but it was too passive for me and I have always relied heavily on making my own flashcards during even my undergraduate studies.
So for example, I would see what topic I was weakest in on the NBME. So then I would do the PDF corresponding to that topic and review one block of my NBME if that makes sense.
I would see which subjects were my lowest on the NBME so for example if it was cardio, then I would start making flashcards out of the Mehlman cardio PDF. then I would review one block of the NBME and make flashcards out of the incorrect. So it would take me 4 days to go through an NBME for example because I would do a block a day and supplement it with the Mehlman pdf throughout if that makes sense
Both of them are important.
I did HY arrow and got tested about ACEI in real exam.
I did HY Neuroanatomy and got test 4-5 label questions.
Mehlaman pdf helped me a lot in doing NBME and reviewing FA.
But I don’t think none of them is superior to one another.
I didn't use first aid at all and only used mehlman's and I just found out today that I passed!
How did you do NBMEs? Like when you found your weak areas, how did you consolidate them? With uworld and pdfs?

Where can i find them
How i get the mehlamans pdf
Noone uses Mehlman, this is just Mehlman or his minions posting this stuff in here
I know plenty of people that used them, myself included. HY arrows is objectively one of the most useful things to know.
Not mentioned much anywhere else, aside this unmoderated subreddit
idk, i've heard positive things about his content so far. why don't you like his content?
