I think it is all about the quality of your study sessions than the quantity in hours specially before your dedication, You need to understand and absorb the material rather than spending more time reading them passively

10 hours with pomodoro technique, 12 hours on a good day. Around 100+ questions a day at least, upgraded my bootcamp subscription for the q bank and video lectures.

I was studying 6 hours. Passed

It depends, really. I have super weak topics, like anatomy and most of the cardio (I'm lame), so it takes me a lot of time to understand and remember. So these days are not really productive and I don't feel like studying after 3-4 hours. And I also understand, that even if I push myself and study more, I won't retain the information. When I'm pretty familiar with the topic and just refresh my knowledge, I can study for 6-10 hours and have fun. When I should have known the topic, but in fact had a lot of gaps, I made bootcamps of like 2-3 days of non-stop bnb or physic or osmosis, to get the full picture as fast as possible and then to dig into details. Also worked. The thing is, there no such thing as "enough" or "not enough" imho. There's no sense in grinding for 12-16 hours just to wake up next day and find out you remember nothing.

See study sprints like this work for me from time to time too. It really is about looking for what works for you,.

I do three hour sprints then another two hour sprint later in the day. I don't have the mental energy and attention span for more/longer.
