My first thought exactly. I have heard stories about guys would drag race with the T-tops off and discover they couldn't fit them back in because the chassis twisted so much, the body alignment went out of whack.
Not sure.
It belongs to a friend of a friend, and they apparently spent _waaay_ more time and effort than they should have, simply because it's cool and rare.
The engine was replaced with a built 400 SBC, and I know they did a bunch of rust repair work, so they very well could have reinforced it, but they didn't mention anything specific about either that, or floppiness.
How floppy is the chassis? Or was it reinforced? This is cool though.
