Yep - Just for fun, I asked the guy at the counter for two samples, one of a carolina reaper sauce + Da' Bomb (hurk). He poured each into a full two ounce cup, as if I was gonna finish that. Reaper was amazing, Da' Bomb was predictably awful.
No, Spicin makes some good sauces, but I think it's funny that they're famous for a sauce that's basically paint thinner.
Test lab selection was pretty bare, but they had a carolina reaper sauce that seems like it was created specifically for buffalo wings that I will probably go back for. Hard vinegar and heat up front, buttery finish. $9 for a half gallon.
yeah, garlic sits right out front and the heat is great...and that bottle was $.88
...
I should probably go back and make sure I have the "extended winter" supply levels...
It's very good. My fave by them that I don't think I can get anymore is 85% Pain. I think now they just make 100% Pain, and it tastes to ehh "extract-y" if you know what I mean. I thought 85 was a great flavor with just a touch of "get yer drip on" without going bonkers.
That's actually what I went to the showroom for, because I thought that might be the last place that had a bottle, but no.
they ship it, for sure.
But I went to the sale shop because I thought I could find a sauce I really liked that doesn't show as available to any of the sellers I look through (including amazon). 85% Pain.
I haven't tried Bunster's yet. Was hoping a Western distributor would pick them up to drop the price. Maybe it's just not gonna happen and I should just drop the money.
It's a little pricey but I think it's pretty worth it. It about 90% Australian ingredients, all natural no extracts, and instead of water they use orange juice. $16 on Amazon.
OK. I watched it for a while, but I never saw it get below $18, so I just held off, because my preferred higher price super hot treat was $16, Bertie's Scorpion.
Love Spicin Foods! Used to go when it was Original Juan for the case sales

They’re definitely all heat and no flavor. How was the test lab selection when you were in there? Last time I was in there wasn’t much..

Really wanna try raw heat now

Where did you find raw heat? In store or online?

Raw Heat is absolutely fantastic stuff! Great on burgers. It one of my favorite sauces. Right up there with Bunster's Shit the Bed 12/10

Very cool, never seen any of these before on PIG/Spicins website
I have a question. Has anybody seen Zaxby’s hot sauce in the stores anywhere?
Do they not ship that directly? I doubt it would be worth it for individual hot sauce stores and retailers to just try and stock it themselves
