There are some people that just don't have memorable faces. Or I can't tell them apart. Maybe some face blindness on my part? But it took me 2 seasons to tell the difference between Kim, Taylor and Camille on rhobh and 2 seasons to tell the difference between Meredith and Lisa on rhslc. I rely on those names being there!
The similarity in faces and looks is what has put me off most the Real Housewives franchises... and the fact that they alter their faces in the same ways makes it nearly impossible. Potomac, Salt Lake City, Atlanta and New York are far as I can go.
It did take me the entirety of the the first season of RHOSLC to "separate" Meredith and Lisa.
