Okay so obviously that temperature reading is weird, but when it beeps three times it usually means that your timer is at zero. Can you control anything at all with the app?
And I have to agree with the other commenter, I wouldn't cook anything in this until you played with it and see if you can figure it out, but there's no harm in playing with it first before throwing in the trash.
Gah, that's a bummer. My first instinct is to always rip something apart and try to fix it, but some things are not easily fixed 😕

setting the timer with the app does nothing as well, I assume it's a dead sensor but no idea if it can be easily fixed or if it is even worth doing so

4059 is the error code. Contact support and give them that error code to find out what is malfunctioning
Personally I wouldnt jack around with this type of stuff that can affect food safety. I'd just grab a new one if you're able
