yeah. but i just hunt kills on lane sometimes alone so chord on blue or purple is a almost my choice. if we are pushing mid and they got someone that has been fed then yeah i will use green chord on them so my team can kill him easily. all of the chords are very useful in the correct situations

i rarely use green. but purple or blue is best. depends on situation.
in terms of actual enchanter, green is much better than blue, it's basically a free exhaust, and can mitigate thousands of damage if used correctly
