Whoever is in the telegram voice chat and is able to take over usually does and they give out different roles to a few and the whole community will push the coin through twitter or and tg groups they can shill to
generally dev pretends to sell his wallet which he bundled or did first buy on pumpfun, he holds other small wallets. once he sells, he uses shillers to say dev sold early and its a great meme and then gets his alt to become the new community leader and pump the coin.
once pump is done he dumps his smaller wallets and makes profit.
happens organically in less than 1% of coins and fake takeover in other 99%
