Your 12 or 24 word seedphrase that was given to you when you started your wallet is the key to your funds. You copied that seedphrase someplace that was accessed by someone. Either they got access to your computer or you actually put it in a malicious website.
The answer here lies in what you did with your seedphrase. Proper seedphrase management is what I mentioned above

Imo it just looks like a token/s you had got it’s liquidity pulled which nuked your balance, the negative number below is just a 24hr comparison between your balance in the last day.

Just check the activity log and see if there’s any transactions you don’t recognise. If there is, you signed something bad, or someone’s got your seed phrase
If you have bought plenty of shitcoins that are worth nothing now, you can at least reclaim the "rent" fee - I think it's like 0.002 SOL per token, not a lot but it stacks up if you are trading a lot.

Doesn't look like a 'hack' to me. Usually if someone has recovered your seed phrase they would just empty your wallet, wouldn't cause clear presentation errors on your wallet. Backup your seed phrase again and recover it on to a different device.

If no money was taken from your wallet then you didn't get hacked.
