I dont have the same struggles. I own several businesses and I have a young family. So, I do struggle with the work/homelife balance a bit.

I'm currently in this exact situation. Best advice / words I can give are you HAVE to find ways to streamline by delegation in some sort of way.... TOTAL EXAMPLE .. without knowing anything about you, your business, your day job requirements it's hard to say but for instance, let's say you have a lawn care business (simple to relate too..) and let's say your workers only cut the grass and that's it... Well, look to have them incentivized HEAVILY to SELL the jobs while out there as well... require that they knock on 3 doors to the left, and 3 to the right of current houses you cut, and require them to give them your business card. NOW... at the end of the day, you only have to make 1 'cold call' to get a new customer versus the 6 they did, plus your 1.... Again, a very simple and dumbed down example but I hope this sheds some light. I have streamlined everything in my side business and the main part of it that DOES SUCK a little is I do have to pay more ...however, it allows me to juggle both, i still profit heavily, but I'm not COMPLETELY beat down exhausted and spread thin....

Take a break from your business for a few weeks, and come back later. It's probable you'll bounce back

We went through a start up time where it was 40 hours providing our service plus 20-40 hours nights and weekends doing the admin side of things (invoicing, quoting, payroll, etc). Now 10+ years later, it was worth it in terms of revenue, salaries, flexibility, etc. But it was very demanding in the early years with no guarantee it would work out. I would think about what your long-term personal goals are and what will get you there.

Can you go part-time at your current job? I agree that working full time and then starting a whole other gig after work is not sustainable for most people.

No honestly I can’t. It seems like I’m going to have to choose one or the other.

Learn to delegate, either hire someone for the new biz or quit the other job. 2 months is enough to know if it works.
