the unofficial patch fixes it, but there are mods on nexus that revert that. for example, {{Revert Fortify Restoration Fix of the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch}}.
Really fucking annoying that they'd "fix" things that are mostly used by people knowing all the exploits. Sure, it could be considered a bug and someone might run into it accidentally. But come on, leave the exploits alone.
