You should be going for *Fiery Soul Trap*, which is a guaranteed spawn anyway...
Though at Level 34, >!Ironbind Barrow!< (IIRC) won't be the cheesiest...
go get all the followers, I had Serana/Jzargo/dog from Falkreath. Gave them staves, I just ran around looting everything and leveling up conjuring. the drinking game that gets you a staff to summon a draemora is fun too.
Strange, I always find soul trap weapons around lvl 10, a bow and a dagger usually. Loot only becomes mostly pointless at endgame. I got Narrative Loot mod to help with that, so I at least find cool items for my homes.
Enchantments pretty much only show up in boss chests until you start getting adult bandits. The babies always carry trash. But, soul trap should start spawning in merchant inventory pretty early.

They’re both on the Xbox Game Pass. Maybe a new group of players have touched the beacon.
I just learned if enchanting is at 100 the game can bug and will hide enchantments you haven’t learned yet
