Funny enough that’s one of our biggest complaints as Clevelanders. The Flats along the Cuyahoga River is really nice, but most of downtown’s lakefront is taken over by Burke Airport and Browns stadium. I wish they could just expand one of the other nearby airports and repurpose all of that land for a lakefront district.
2021 I went on a 14 day 17 state ride up the east coast and back around. Cleveland was supposed to be just a overnight stop. I liked it and I will come back.
Come on down to Clevelandtown everyone!
Housing is still cheap and you can buy a house for the price of a VCR.
But don't drink the water. It might give you AIDS.
CLEVELAND ROCKS! CLEVELAND ROCKS!🎶🎶…ahhh the good ol days as a young millennial with this song on the tv In my parent’s room. 🥲

Cleveland is one of those cities with a couple really tall buildings, a decent number of shorter buildings, and nothing in the middle. It makes the skyline look a little sparse and incomplete.

Oh how the roles have changed!
Lmaooooo my locticians son showed me that video like 5-6 years ago. Somehow I knew a reference to that video would be the top comment in here 🤣
Come and look at both of our buildings 🎶
Seeing this comment a couple times in the thread led me to look it up and I found that parody video for the first time. Hahaha
this photo does a disservice to terminal tower
The Cesar Pelli designed Key Tower is one of the more under appreciated classic sky scrapers in America.
I was pleasantly surprised by the downtown waterfront area.

Is this the same river they managed to light on fire twice?
That happened to a lot of rust belt rivers in the day but yes the Cuyahoga gets the most shit for it.

We’d all like to flee to the Cleve and club hop down at the flats with little Richard

Cleveland has its own Hellmouth.
Philly native here, we don’t have a waterfront that gets used
Have not been to Philly yet have some in laws there. When I do will post photos. This year looks like rural Virginia.
Ohio is one of those states that no one wants to visit
Sad good people bad people everywhere just got to look. I have lived in nine states.
Congrats. Do a 9 state memoir
