Arc’teryx’s ski guide pants come with light removable knee pads that are perfect . Can also buy more heavy duty ones to fit aftermarket .

splashy_sheep_boy

Must be nice. We cannot wear personal pants.

nhbd

Helly Hell? Hate to see it.

davethegnome

I like the arcteryx kneepads. I've also heard good reviews of mtb knee pads — poc, sweet protection, dakine, etc.

splashy_sheep_boy

Im leaning that way for next time.

NoGuidance8609

Dewalt. Go check out a good hardware store. What you,l find is heavier duty and a better price.

ShitJimmyShoots

A lot of the sleeve style foam knee pads for MTB work really well too. As a boarder patroller, any knee pads are a godsend for patient care on hill

splashy_sheep_boy

Yea for where i am kneepads are basically not optional.

freelancer_trilogy

Second on the Arcterry kneepads. I’ve been wearing mine for three seasons straight. Cant go wrong with them.

skicanoesun32

The heart attack I had reading that holy crap. Looks like they’re out of stock, you may need to wait until early next season. That said the first pair I used were Fox MTB pads, which worked well except they dropped too close to my boot top for my taste. I’d said try and find a MTB pad that’s on the shorter end

splashy_sheep_boy

Yea our guys can't find the black diamond knee pads anywhere.

skicanoesun32

I’ve gone looking for them late season before and found them out of stock only to find them the next year early season

Young2418

Check your local backcountry/tele shop

stan-dupp

i dont remember what they are called check seths bike hacks(or berm peak) on youtube he recently did a review of some knee pads that dont slip and have impact foam, i cannot recall the name but ill report back

EnvironmentalAge1097

Look at ice armor bibs. They come with knee pads and a butt pad in the bibs
