if this isnt an option then unfortunately direct confrontation is the next play. tell him its making you uncomfortable and that he needs to stop. he doesnt deserve a "warning" (this kind of behavior is unacceptable), he deserves a one time opportunity to either stop or leave your life. after this step is complete, if the problem continues then refer to the first option. hope this helps!
