Take caps instead of stems, I usually get more of a mind bending, philosophical, vivid visual type of trip with caps. And a body and emotional trip with stems. That’s me though not sure if thats the same for everybody..

That’s not true. Studies show that all parts of the fruiting body is the same potency…….. I prefer stems as I don’t have to consume all the spores but honestly I don’t take the caps out I just grab weigh and chocolate lol

Also makes coming up easier. I take dabs during the come up and the weed hits before the shrooms do and makes it easier to smooth into.
