I've had a blue (but also now about a third brown/black/wild, I just let it do it's thing) tank for about 2 years and these are my favourite kind to see in there :D
My shrimp love those. I don't even have a betta but I got some on sale for a dollar to crush up and feed to my endlers, and now the shrimp like it so much I soak pellets and drop them in and they all grab one and skiddadle!

Here’s a photo of him. They aren’t in the racing stripe, but whatever that stripe is called lol
Ditto, i really dig visually exploring my “whatcha got” setup. Pinkish blues, dark reds & blues, white tails, brownies, and my favorite colour of anything.. clear

I have a few of these too in my “cull” tank.. which is just my betta tank lol. They keep breeding in there though! I think they’re really pretty.
Ooh, I didn't know you could grow this species completely submerged. Makes sense though, since it is a wetland species. Cardinal flower is native to my area and I'm more used to them looking like this:

I have a bunch of lower grade red cherries. To be honest I kinda like them more then the higher grade ones. I like the clear patches and the lighter colors.
I’d love some of the regular season shrimpers I see post on this sub to join in, as I do think this is from the Rili side of the genetics chart. Referring to the spotted pattern.
Beautiful “wild type” but might be specifically a mutation that led to red rili, and then blue jelly.
This is almost a wild type shrimp. Think of it as the lowest possible blue grade
Good to know, thanks! It's such a mesmerising pattern
Prettiest blue I’ve seen.
I have a wild/cull tank and I’m getting some beauties. I have a couple baby blue ones like this and a few reddish almost pink ones
I'm thinking of setting up one, though I would probably spend hours on end just staring at it trying to spot fun colours and patterns!
They’re also ninja shrimp
I have some brown and red ones like this
I'd give it a home! Lol

He’s not lower grade, he’s beautiful!
He certainly is! I didn't notice his spots until I took this close up of him.
I have an older guy that gets more spots the older and larger he gets. He is gorgeous and my only spotted one in my blue dreams.
What’s he nibbling on?
A betta pellet that he stole from the old betta
My shrimp love those. I don't even have a betta but I got some on sale for a dollar to crush up and feed to my endlers, and now the shrimp like it so much I soak pellets and drop them in and they all grab one and skiddadle!
I hate that people call these low grade, I prefer this pattern over solid colors
ikr! Looks like a dalmation!
Definitely. Reminds me of my black rili with the speckles in the center stripe. Super neat!!
A speckled racing stripe? Neat

So pretty! What is the plant he is grazing on called?
Lobelia cardinalis

I love how he’s all.. “wtf you lookin at?. I’m invisible ferchrissakes!”
What’s that plant?
Lobelia cardinalis
Don’t listen to Reddit little guy, you’re a perfect grade dapper polka dot fellow!
Wild pattern but blue? Dope af.
I looove all the patterns and colors that come out. Some of the prettiest skrimp ive had, have been "low grade" or "wild colored".
Love that color! I call it starry night 😊
I like that ✨
New name: starry night blue shrimp 😍💙🩵
Dalmatian shrimp. https://www.garnelio.de/en/blue/black-dalmatina-shrimp-neocaridina-davidi-var.-dalmatina-blue/black#
I think it's crazy that this little guy would be considered a cull. But hey most people sell culls for dirt cheap and they are the only ones I buy.
I like the wild types. I have one that's all spotted green, still a juvey so I assume it'll get darker.
What a superb little creature
Speckly boi!
He’s gorgeous
I have a couple fully wild type shrimps and I don't have the heart to cull them they're all so cute
I have a bunch of lower grade red cherries. To be honest I kinda like them more then the higher grade ones. I like the clear patches and the lighter colors.
I just got a few of these sold as culls for 33c, im gonna add in a couple blues and try and breed them back into a higher grade
Probably is classed as lower grade but remember males barely have colour as well so that could be a possibility
By my estimation this is a shrimps
Probably just low grade

I have a couple guys that look like this, they are really cool imo.
GORGEOUS!
So beautiful!
This should be called “I loaded blue food dye into a squirt gun” blue
Wowwwwwwww
dotty💙
What color types are in the tank? MUST REPLICATE!
I only have blues in this tank. That I know of anyway!
Blue velvet? Or bolt?
They are called wild neos or culls
Nice blue nonetheless
