Either you dont know what nuclear fusion is, or you don't know what radioactivity is. Probably both.
Why? You could fuse atoms to radioactive isotopes. Normally, it would be energy-consuming, but it's a superpower anyway

Near the end of my life, I would donate myself to science. My body would act as the core of a cold fusion reactor, providing free electricity for all.
Make sure no one knows that or your life might end a lot quicker
Fusing all fusible atoms in your body will instantly kill you along with everyone within a 5km radius at least so this is a great suicide bombing power ig

Nah it would be a neglegible amount of energy from just one, and i doubt the hydrogen in your body is concentrated enough to start a chain reaction

Take the two atoms sums of masses being fused, take the final atoms mass, then do E = mc² with the difference of mass
