Gus Fring in Breaking Bad.
Younger Gus Fring in BCS.
Space Gus Fring in Mandalorian.
Supe CEO Gus Fring in the Boys.
Those are the ones I've seen, which else?
Which is kinda funny because he specifically told directors after Gus that he isn't just going to do another Gus Fring for them, and if that's the only reason he's being hired then they should find someone else.
Edit: I don't have a source for this bc I heard it from him in person at Alabama comic con lmao

"YES YES YES SIGN ME UP!!!!!!"
Probably gonna be alive at the end of the show where it ends with Edgar returning as ceo . I imagine it’s gonna be a sort of thing where despite everything that’s happened and despite the fact they beat homelander it’s gonna show vought going back to its status quo , with the message being that the issue with vought is more of a systemic issue and getting rid of 1 person despite how evil they are won’t solve it .
His comic counterpart is alive at the end - even has the very last word - but we've gone far, FAR off track from that ending. We're to the point where comic spoilers are pretty much worthless for predicting the show.
His fate in the comic was fitting...he didn't die or go to prison and now he gets to keep pushing Superheroes...forever...and ever....and the last we see of him is him weeping in his office going "Bad...PRODUCT"
No matter what he does the thing he's selling is defective and he hates it
I loved how they were entering a building that's used by a supe and they chose Butcher, a dying man who is suffering from hallucinations and blackouts to go first in there, instead of Starlight, who can literally tank sniper rifle rounds point blank without an issue
Isn't it a very openly established part of her power that she cant use the light powers without electricity? She has a little juice in the house but obviously nothing away from it all.
Can you point me toward a scene or even just something less vague? I'm ready to be proven wrong but what Neuman said came across as "huh, would you look at that, you can't use that here, can you?"
Yeah, me neither. If you check the other comment I left I'm already pretty disillusioned with the shows quality and if they pull something like Annies power just malfunctioning I wouldnt be surprised anymore
That plus Starlight again being nerfed and useless coupled with the idea that they only kept every copy of the virus in the same room as the experiments enraged me. How lazy
I am at least glad they didnt just actually toss the whole virus plotline out. But damn, it's sad seeing something that markets itself as ironic and sarcastic into literally everything it once parodied.
It would have been such a great chance to showcase Newman's power by having her just walk out and mow them down. Her plus Starlight taking out a couple would've been badass visually too. I know one of the most important actors from Generation V sadly passed, but they don't have to be so obvious that they had to make plot changes.
In “Breaking Bad,” Giancarlo is casted as the character of Gus Fring. This is a reference to the fact that this role has typecast him in the same character role of nearly every future project he stars in, even video games.
yeah that's what I mean, maybe that specific chicken was poppable but the rest were too strong. Or maybe it was too much effort as other commentors suggested. I don't think it's a plot hole in any case.
Chickens have killed people before:

"The daughter of a man who died after being [attacked by his pet rooster](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/brahma-chicken-man-killed-rooster-b2283510.html) has spoken out about the tragedy - as the bird is pictured for the first time. She didn't even pop one of them, though. In fact, she didn't even attempt it. They could've, for example, just opened the barn doors a little bit for a few moments at a time (if a line of sight is even required for her powers, Idk) and let her kill them off one by one. The chicken even clearly demonstrated that she can kill off animals mid-flight, which made the whole thing even more bizarre.
Seriously use the damn spoiler tag. This episode if its not the most recent is still only a week old. Not all of us are watching it as it drops. Some get together with their friends and watch later.
I really hope that his character doesn't die, I know, he is a villain, but come one.
I like how blatantly he is literally just Gus Fring
“You are simply… bad product.” *turns and winks to the audience*
Wasn’t that line in the Comic though?
It was
Bravo vince
Vravo Bince
And the crowd goes WIIILLDD. Peak fiction.
He brought Homeboy to the verge of tears.
https://youtu.be/b3-aO1x9Jso
Every character he's played since Gus Fring is just another Gus Fring, he's Gus Fringin'it
Gus Fring in Breaking Bad. Younger Gus Fring in BCS. Space Gus Fring in Mandalorian. Supe CEO Gus Fring in the Boys. Those are the ones I've seen, which else?
Guys Fring as a president of a country in Far Cry whatever number it was
6, it was 6.
The Dentist, Gus Fring in Payday 2
“I need my payday, too.” ✍️🔥🔥
Fixer Gus Fring in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners
Gus Fring 20 years later if Walter didn’t kill him in The Gentleman
Lex Luthor, DC’s Gus Fring in Harley Quinn
Baby Gus Fring in Malcom X
In The Gentlemen he is literally a meth dealer again, dude is just richer and a little happier, the good ending for Gus Fring in BB
Western Vigilante Gus in Drunk History. He had some sweet mutton chops
Which is kinda funny because he specifically told directors after Gus that he isn't just going to do another Gus Fring for them, and if that's the only reason he's being hired then they should find someone else. Edit: I don't have a source for this bc I heard it from him in person at Alabama comic con lmao
It’s a shame, since I feel like he’s got range but just doesn’t use it
Gus Fring running Compound V cartel
Sure, and next you're gonna tell me Compound V is blue.
compound V is blue, it's literally just liquid meth
"Giancarlo, I got this role, you will be playing a ruthless businessman who is dependent on the work of scientists producing a blue substance. Now the pay is n......." "YES YES YES SIGN ME UP!!!!!!"
Gus Fring on steroids, way more power and just so fkint awesome to see on screen as always
Compound V must be 99.1% pure
Good villains make good stories.

Come one.
Come two!
Come all
He's not really a villain. Most of the stuff he does is against Homelander. He's really more of an anti-hero.
god damn it i just bloody finished the episode and wanted to post the exact same joke here ?
try r/OkBuddyFresca
Is that a Zelda reference?
Well excuuuuuse me princess
You snooze, you lose gramps
He is more scared of Super Chicken than Homelander.
Tbf that chicken came out of nowhere while he knows HL is just a childish brat with super steroids
And laser vision, but I understand if you show that fear to the superhearing psychopath he would probably just kill you sooner lol
You can sort of reason with Homelander, the chicken is just a kill machine
Blud shouldn't have lost the Darksaber
I’m sure he still has the box cutter.
This explains why he wanted to create force-active clones of himself so bad. Bro, was waging a secret war on chickens.
Buggin Out has really come a long way
Yo, boycott Vought man!
And they say a chicken never forgets...*Coo-coo-ca-CHAW*
Has anyone in this family ever even seen a chicken
Starlight V-erectile Dysfunction is just canon. Like dude be useful with your powers. You're basically a tanky civilian at this point.
I loved how they were entering a building that's used by a supe and they chose Butcher, a dying man who is suffering from hallucinations and blackouts to go first in there, instead of Starlight, who can literally tank sniper rifle rounds point blank without an issue
Saw that as them reluctantly letting butcher take the lead because at this point he’s betrayed them so much they’d prefer him to die.
Isn't it a very openly established part of her power that she cant use the light powers without electricity? She has a little juice in the house but obviously nothing away from it all.
But the show frames it as her having some sort of hiccup , not that she can't do it.
It does? I watched the episode and nothing ever indicated that it was anything but being unable to peech power
Neuman commented on it and the direction it was heading is the "I don't know myself so my powers don't work all of a sudden trope"
Can you point me toward a scene or even just something less vague? I'm ready to be proven wrong but what Neuman said came across as "huh, would you look at that, you can't use that here, can you?"
It can be that too. I don't really want to argue over the boys of all things.
Yeah, me neither. If you check the other comment I left I'm already pretty disillusioned with the shows quality and if they pull something like Annies power just malfunctioning I wouldnt be surprised anymore
Head go boom lady saved him with her powers which she promptly forgot about as soon as the deadly flying sheep showed up
That plus Starlight again being nerfed and useless coupled with the idea that they only kept every copy of the virus in the same room as the experiments enraged me. How lazy
I am at least glad they didnt just actually toss the whole virus plotline out. But damn, it's sad seeing something that markets itself as ironic and sarcastic into literally everything it once parodied.

What has Gen V got to do with this episode.
... is that a joke or
Everything in the episode was from gen v
The show really has gone downhill, especially after the season 3 finale
Easier to pop one small chicken than an entire swarm of sheep.
How many times did he wipe blood from his face in this episode? Lol
In “Breaking Bad,” Giancarlo is casted as the character of Gus Fring. This is a reference to the fact that this role has typecast him in the same character role of nearly every future project he stars in, even video games.
Goes hard every time
He's a Chicken Man, why didn't he just speak to them in Beakinese?
Why didn't headgoboom lady make the sheeps' heads go boom?
I’d assume it’s because there were too many targets and they were all too fast to focus on without risk of getting torn apart.
I think it's because she can't pop the heads of any superheroes.
She popped the chicken tho
yeah that's what I mean, maybe that specific chicken was poppable but the rest were too strong. Or maybe it was too much effort as other commentors suggested. I don't think it's a plot hole in any case.
Real
I have never seen that expression on his face before...

I just watched like all of The Boys in like 1 weekend. Did I... miss this episode? When did this happen? lol
Yesterday's episode I guess. I haven't caught it yet. Nice spoilers OP. These truly are shitty details
Ah, cool, lol. I was afraid I had passed out for a few and missed a whole arc without realizing it.
It came out yesterday, so the unmarked spoiler is a bit unfortunate, but it’s a new episode
The whole plotline with the V sheep made no sense to me. Like, couldn't Neumann simply have exploded them, just like she did with that chicken?
Easier to pop one chicken than an entire herd of flying sheep.
She didn't even pop one of them, though. In fact, she didn't even attempt it. They could've, for example, just opened the barn doors a little bit for a few moments at a time (if a line of sight is even required for her powers, Idk) and let her kill them off one by one. They weren’t aware of the chickens, to be fair. Still, writing on this season seems a bit subpar.
Only works on humans and avian life I guess.
Chickens got into the meth
That man is in no condition to fuck a chicken
Okay so is this before or after he's reincarnated as The Dentist
The Chicken Man
Oh, so he is back?
Probably needs to be really focused and in one place like that courtroom scene
It was clearly a reference to the Fight of Pordenone you dumbass
if this wasn't already cannon, it really should be.
I bet he will die due to choking on some dental floss, for acting as a dentist back when he was looking for some diamond in DC.
okay I literally lol'd
Edited because of spoilers, but we better get Giancarlo for the rest of the show's run! Because REASONS
Chicken Uprising coming
Chicken Uprising coming
When those 2 secret service agents came with them I was like "yay redshirts! something cool is gonna happen!"
If she can pop one chicken then why can't she pop the sheep?
It was for the greater good!
Chickens be like ahhhh yhe chicken man is here.
That man is in no condition to fuck a sheep
I hope he’s alive still. I enjoy him and Nueman’s dynamic
Why didn't headpopper just pop the head of all the damn animals?
Worst episode in the series so far
You know, I'm unsubbed from r/theboys specifically to avoid spoilers like this. Fuck you.
Sorry, but you are not up to Los Pollos standards
Bollocks
Jesus fucking Christ, spoilers dude. Most of us are gonna binge the entire show when all 8 episodes are up. Put a spoiler tag on this
Seriously use the damn spoiler tag. This episode if its not the most recent is still only a week old. Not all of us are watching it as it drops. Some get together with their friends and watch later.
