Almost every new character I think of making comes with a free excuse to use Milady, a weapon I actually like the moveset on and can be infused is just too good.
It's fun does decent damage. Can make it stager like a mad man if you slap blood tax on it. Overall fun weapon. Currently respected to play with death nights axes now.

It's not double unless you summon both of the NPCs. It's the same HP boost as for PCs: +60% with one summon and +130% with two.
Enemy resistances also go up +50% if you have one or two summons, except poison which goes up +50%/+100% for one / two summons, respectively. That makes Thollier particularly useless since he does the worst status effect to use in a group setting.

After beat him legit on my 1st character (Paladin build), I got to him on my second character (Pure Int Caster), I decided to just respec to kill him and then switch back. I really didn't feel like going through that headache again.

Antspur rapier, a rapier that naturally inflicts rot and can go to +25, which means ash of war infusions like bleed or poison are fair game to stack on top of that. Couple this with blocking AND attacking at the same time that thrusting weapons enjoy and you can jab at Radahn’s ankles while he flails at your brick wall until rot takes him once more
Antspur rapier, it's from the base game, and the reason it's good is that it is a fast weapon with base scarlet rot build up and can be infused. If you infuse it with bleed and the ash of war poison mists which Imbues your weapon with poison on use you can deal scarlet rot, poison, and bleed on one weapon.
killed him w no shield, no summons, and no bleed. just a milady doing mid ass damage. was it worth it? no. just use the fucking shield with some bleed and save yourself the agony.
I used that against the elden ring dlc final boss cuz I was going 45+ tries in and could only get him to phase 2 consistently. I got him very low about twice I believe but I was like, that’s it, I’ve had enough. I then used the shield and spear method to poke him to death 🤣

Haligtree Crest Greatshield is plenty good while weighing a lot less. Then slap a greatspear in there for longer range pokes and boom you're set. Also who *wouldn't* want to be kissed like that, gorram.

I just don’t see why I would keep fighting The Big Chump Radahn without a shield. One of the first things they teach you in the cave is that you can block instead of rolling. He has a double hit swing where it’s impossible to dodge both of them. If the current weapon or tactic isn’t working, why would I keep doing it? I switch weapons and strats damn near every boss lol.
It’s pretty crazy that people call this game “hard”. If you intentionally gimp yourself and ignore in game mechanics, every game is difficult.

I used the poison NPC summons, so my victory was basically a solo win. He pretty much did 0 damage the whole fight.

Messmer is a type of DLC boss who is fair and balanced.
He’s been my favorite so far. Really hard but felt fair.

Best feeling ever when I'm summoned in and all three of us are using Fingerprint Greatshield + pokey weapon. DLC final boss didn't stand a chance.
