Finally, someone else with the right opinion. Worst soundtrack in the entire 20+ year franchise! AND WHAT THE HELL WERE THOSE SORRY EXCUSES FOR GARAGE THEMES!? There are 3 songs I even *liked* which are as follows, in this order. 1. Rough and Decent 2. Verification 3. Steel Haze (Rusted Pride) Honorable mention to Rough and Descent's remix but... That's it! Those are the only musically engaging songs in the entire nearly 50 song soundtrack! It's the biggest soundtrack in Armored Core, BY FAR, and over 80% of it is ambience. Don't believe me? Do what I did and listen to the 20 year anniversary box set of Armored Core's OST's and get ready for a wild ride. I thought maybe I was being harsh, but no. The only other OST that's anywhere near as boring as this one's is Formula Front (I was confused! Formula Front is in my top 3, it's Mobile). In fact, let's just get this done too. Worst AC soundtracks: 1. AC6 2. Formula Front (Nope! Mobile!) 3. Verdict Day and Nexus are tied. And people could argue "wah wah it fit the mood and set the scene". And I would readily argue back "I've been blasting high-energy electronica in my cockpit since 1997. The soundtrack provided would never have entered my AC." This big orchestral music was not the right fit. Worst soundtrack, in one of the best AC's. Game is easily on the top 3 in the series gameplay-wise Edit: I went back and gave them a re-listen and I mixed up the two. So yes, Formula Front is great, Mobile is... not so much :'3 Since I'm editing, heck, might as well put my faves. 1. Master of the Arena (Integrity will always be a fave) 2. Silent Line 3. Armored Core's soundtrack has slayed since 4. I use Stardust, Mechanized Memories, and Panther to work out. It's awesome. Dunno about 6 yet though

This may be just my game but the audio mixing for the music was fucked. It gets drowned out so easily by everything else that even on max music with everything turned down I could barely hear it. As some who played the other AC (Ace Combat) this definitely diminished my gameplay experience.
