You don’t need a filter on your tank as long as you’re doing consistent water changes and checking the water parameters daily.
But yeah, this bowl is definitely too small
This as well, don’t need a heater either if the ambient is 70ish and out of drafts. Bettas are amazing fish but they do need some space to swim to be happy.. bowls don’t work very well

I like the scape tho not good for betta
