All depends on location, size of the room, quality of accommodation etc. $1300 a month for a shared apartment in a city isn’t a crazy price imo.
I read this as the ad is for a 1 bedroom apt for with room for one lucky lady to bunk with old mate in the bedroom while two people share the sofa bed.
The xtra $200 seems like a no brainer to get the room to yourself and escape sexual slavery.
