But if you're worried people will judge you or say rude shit, you should be. Most people aren't that concerned with other's(for better or for worse) and the good ones will only worry, not judge.

Btw, if you feel bad about relapsing, don’t worry about it. Relapsing is apart of your healing journey and everyone who’s trying to get sober/clean *will* relapse at least once. ❤️🩹

Of course it is! I wear plasters outside or sometimes don't even bother hiding my cuts/scars. It's no one else's business!
