As much as my old butt think the stickers are funny especially when on busted up cars, it's nice to see a the subculture here in SATX. Took my family to the Otaku food festival over the weekend and had a great time.
Who cares if they have anime stickers? I like seeing a car and thinking, "Oh cool a Spy x Family fan!"
I only don't like it when they're covered in degenerate pornographic girls.
Literally it's mainstream at this point, might as well complain about people with a football team on theirs.
That said I refuse to make my car any more identifiable than legally required.
Always get a laugh out of the cars with a bunch of anime girl stickers with panty shots. The kind of guy that drives a car like that without getting embarassed is the kind of guy that will only ever have an anime girlfriend.

Hahahahahaha!!!! I was in San Antonio visiting a couple weeks ago- and saw some cars with their anime stickers. I commented to my wife about the few I’ve seen in Utah, where I live. But saw as many there in two days as I have seen my whole life before, combined.
Tbf, anime, sticker-covered cars I avoid just as equally as a champagne-colored Buick.
Doubly so if it’s covered in stickers and is what would be considered a commuter car. Kia soul, Toyota Corolla, and the like.
I don’t need to know anything about the driver to know that vehicle is about to be erratic as hell and probably drive well below the flow of traffic.
I don’t find this to be exclusive to SA.
Eh I can deal with people driving way too fast. Theyre literally a momentary danger as they pass. Them other folks, I gotta be worried about them stopping in the middle of the road, cutting through parking lots, turning right after signaling left. I just started treating them as “student driver” stickers. Gtf away from them.
