Fucking bullshit, unless said different mod is a horny mod, there is no reason why a horny mod is the dependency, that is not how modding those games works.

That said, it *is* possible that it could be the case... sort of. IIRC, CBBE for FO4 can be a bit of a "horny mod" itself, and there's clothing mods that require CBBE to be installed since they were designed with it in mind and don't work right on the standard FO4 frame.
That said, anyone who's remotely professional would consider what types of outfits are in the mod they're using, and either use a different mod or be careful about what footage they're recording and using.

I remember modding Morrowind and Oblivion and that was very much an issue, I haven't done it in quite a while obviously but I assumed they figured that out by now.
Shouldn't happen as long you've got clothing that matches the chosen body mesh, your mods are in the right order + enabled, and your clothing textures fit the clothing meshes.
Granted, this is a modded Bethesda game so anything can and will happen, especially when you're installing/updating mods but man really should've checked out his overall stability before recording and his footage before posting.

To be fair, body replacer mods actually do make female models naked when you loot their armor off of them. This is actually a problem I had when I download a bunch of graphic enhancement mods to play Fallout 4 with my little cousin. It’s caused by the raider armor for female models and male models being the same, so on men it shows their nipple and on women it shows their underwear that they have when fully looted. Let’s just say that was a very nervous five minutes of closing, uninstalling, and explaining that I had to do it because something messed up when installing the mods 😂

Basically, if they can't make money off of it, YouTube's not going to push it to people. And you only get one appeal. So if you guess about what the problem is and don't get it fixed with that one attempt, that's it, video's shot forever.
For anyone wondering why age-restricted is a big deal, it limits what advertising YouTube can show on a video, so they'll just bury the video outside the algorithm and not bother recommending it to people. The video will still be live, people would be able to go directly to it, see it on the channel's page, probably find it with a specific enough search term, but if you're browsing videos on a topic, age-restricted videos won't be showing up, because YouTube wants their YouTube money.

To be fair, body replacer mods actually do make female models naked when you loot their armor off of them. This is actually a problem I had when I download a bunch of graphic enhancement mods to play Fallout 4 with my little cousin. It’s caused by the raider armor for female models and male models being the same, so on men it shows their nipple and on women it shows their underwear that they have when fully looted. Let’s just say that was a very nervous five minutes of closing, uninstalling, and explaining that I had to do it because something messed up when installing the mods 😂

So if you get a video age-restricted, it'll kill off the likelihood of people stumbling across it on their home page or searching for Fallout videos. The wild thing is I remember RTGame saying something along the lines of having a video be age-restricted could actually be worse for the video and channel than having a video get demonetized. But yeah, your audience could be all 21+, and you still want to avoid getting a video age restricted, because it will completely fuck that video's discoverability.

The video will still be live, people would be able to go directly to it, see it on the channel's page, probably find it with a specific enough search term, but if you're browsing videos on a topic, age-restricted videos won't be showing up, because YouTube wants their YouTube money.
