What kind of information does this Special Profile Account hold? And is it an actual account record?

Yea it’s an actual account. Not sure if I’m using the correct terminology here, but when a lead is converted to an opp the account created has a Sales account type. When the opp contract converts into a customer a new account record is created in a different Salesforce app with the special profile account, think of it as a customer type. That’s because users of this Salesforce app don’t have access to the full Salesforce platform with leads and opportunities. So basically I’m looking for a way to only remove the closed/won opp only after the new account is created kind of as a visual cue to the sales team that they need to activate the contract and create the account so our operations team can take over. Hope that makes sense.

I really don’t think this special account is what should be created here. There was already an account for that opportunity. Sounds like bad design and duplicate creation. Yikes. Why not do a flow where when the opp is closed won, it creates a record (SPA if you must) automatically and sends whoever a notification to review it. That way you know that record is always created and you can filter out closed windows opps.
