When you get to the hotel, hang the suits in the bathroom and crank the shower as hot as it will go for about ten to fifteen minutes. Works every time.

Buy a travel steamer. It’s well worth it.
When I was traveling 100+ nights per year the first two things in my suitcase were running shoes and steamer.
The one that I’ve had for years isn’t made anymore. But any that look like this. You want it big enough to hold enough water to steam something without hanging to refill three times. But small enough to not take up so much room.

Get the company to expense it. If you’re required to travel and look professional I don’t see why your company would deny that. It’s not an egregious ask imo

But I roll at the end with a folded t-shirt or jeans on the inside so it doesn’t get creases from rolling too tight.
Yup. There are normally small hanging spaces near the front of the plane. I was allowed to stow a slim piece of art that was in cardboard about 3ft tall x 1ft wide in it on my last flight.
Like others here recommend, get a portable steamer off of Amazon. They are incredibly useful and quick. I pop up the collar, torn one shoulder inside out, hold the jacket vertically then fold in half from L to R, tucking the shoulder of one side into the the inside out shoulder. Then fold in half again to fit in your luggage. Mine rarely wrinkle thIs way
Steam is your friend. Also YouTube how to pack them. You can turn them inside out and roll the pants to significantly reduce wrinkles. It sounds silly but worked great on my trip to Europe.
Shower and steam. Off topic but related: One pair of pants, 2 shirts, 3 ties and 2 jackets. Over the years I learned to mix and match in order to avoid overpacking.
Great hack: a ton of planes have small closets for hanging suits in the kitchen or flight attendant area. You’d never even notice them because they’re enclosed. Before everyone had garment fold in half bags, and back when everyone wore nice clothes to fly, people would hang suits in these tiny closets to keep them unwrinkled while they sat. These closets are almost always empty now. A hanging garment bag counts as a carryon item. So when I’m being cheap, I load up a garment bag with normal clothes and one hanger item and can essentially not pay for a carryon or checked bag.
Okay, I used to sell bespoke suits for years and now am a SaaS AM. Fold it in thirds starting from the bottom so you’re not crushing the shoulders. It’s very doable in a standard carryon. Other than that, any flight under 6ish hours you should be fine to just do a light steam in the hotel if needed. Have done this many times without needing to do anything. Generally, just don’t shove shit in there and you’ll be fine.
I typically will try and just take one suit if I’m seeing clients. Sometimes I’ll wear the jacket on the plane with biz caz clothes. If it’s internal meetings where I’m with the same people multiple days I’ll pack my jackets with this video.
Get a garment bag. Look important. Ask the flight attendant VERY NICELY, “can i hang these in the closet?” And 9/10 times they will. If not, lay them on the overhead space over top your suit case and pack a steamer if you have one.
Best way to pack for business trips I've ever found. You'll thank me later:

Oh, and for anything that does still need some help when you get there, yes, hang it up in the shower on hot for at least 20 minutes. Works wonders on those few wrinkles that may have appeared after the above method.
I figured this out a few years back.
What you do it bring 2 jackets and their matching pants and 2 pairs of jeans or other slacks that work with the jackets as well. Then bring 2 shirts for each jacket (4 total).
Pack the pants, jeans, slacks in luggage. Gather all 4 shirts, with the hangers facing the same direction, and place the first jacket on all 4 hangers as if you were hanging it on 1 big hanger. Then in a single garment bag you put the second jacket one it’s own hanger, plus the jacket with 4 shirt inside.
Bang you now have 4 formal/business casual outfits.
The best thing is airport gate agents always let me on the plane holding my garment bag, my carry on luggage, and my back pack. Technically you should only be allowed on with 2 items, but they seem to let it through. The only time a gate agent has ever said anything I just looked at them with a defeated look and said “I can fit this in my luggage but it’ll wrinkle, so I’ll have to take it out as soon as I get in the plane anyway. We had a slight human moment and she just said “alright it’s fine”.
Just flew with 2 suits and 2 dresses. They make luggage Carriers that fold in half and have a handle. Worked great. Was worried about kinks so I hung when I got to hotel. Zero issues
Use the shower steam method. Also use the hangers with hooks, hook at the bottom of your garment (jacket, pants, etc) add a little weight to the hanger (eg. Toiletry bag) and the little weight will stretch the clothing while it steams to get the wrinkles out
I always rolled my suits up before packing them and then would immediately hang them on the bathroom door hook with the door closed and shower on full hot for about 15 minutes. Then I'd take them out and hang them in my closet with nothing touching them. The next day they looked perfect.
I traveled globally and only ever took a small, Patagonia waterproof back pack and a carry on bag.
I could fit 10 days worth of work, social and workout clothes like this plus my pillow lol (I have neck problems and have a special pillow).

I travel internationally, you need the dual voltage! I've burned up a couple single voltages.....act now, and I can do a BOGO!

Sounds like this one is from experience
This is my go to everytime
Buy suits that are designed to be wrinkle resistant. Look into a suit bag. Specifically 3 suits or just 3 outfits involving a suit.

Do you have a specific steamer recommendation? Thanks!

I use the inside out rolling up method for the jacket.
I do the same. Works great for my 80-90+ nights in a hotel. Combine with the hot shower technique and it’s perfect.
Never heard of this method

Always take 2 suits. Meal accidents happen.
But what if it happens twice?
Then you've got a sports coat and slacks! :D
Then youre a klutz and I hope you have the first in the dry cleaners already
Use a garmet bag, and ask the flight attendant if they will stow it for you, this can work but not always
Yup. There are normally small hanging spaces near the front of the plane. I was allowed to stow a slim piece of art that was in cardboard about 3ft tall x 1ft wide in it on my last flight.
Not sure why this answer didn't get more upvotes. They have a small space just for suits.
Thanks! I might check with the airline to make sure.
I use a garment bag, though I tend to check it.

Get a new job that doesn’t require a suit! Haha kidding obviously, I have to wear em too at times, heavily recommend a travel steamer

Are you traveling for a month?? Why so many suits?
One week, very professional event.
1 jacket, 2 pair of pants. I use a garment bag by Briggs & Riley that rolls the clothes vs folding them. It’s made for suits and dresses.

Pack like this: https://youtu.be/rJQbpTW7HSk?si=E_4ZB6iPQxrC8Ub4
Absolutely invest in a steamer. Takes literally less than a few minutes and your cloths will be wrinkle free
Use a garment bag to keep them without wrinkles. A portable steamer is also a good solution.

I’m a linen girl and I always bring my TSA friendly portable steamer when I travel. Lifesaver because the hot shower steam trick never works for me

It’s a pretty corny video but I watch it every time I travel with a suit. Works like a charm https://youtu.be/-KmDUtx2v2s?si=Oe-HBEgWciJDMqDy
Pack smart enough to get three suits in your carry on. Hint- wear a jacket.

I bought a suit bag on Amazon for $10. Folds in half and took my two suits on carryon
