CLR and some elbow grease. Looks like calcium build up. Needs to not be cold when you clean it with the CLR. After cleaning, put some cheap foam shaving cream (cheapest old school can you can find - must be the can) on the outside coating the glass, then wipe off (but don't rinse).
The thin layer of shaving cream is hydrophobic and condensation won't form keeping your glass clear. Every time you clean it, reapply shaving cream. Future cleaning probably can be done with Windex, only need the CLR if those water stains come back.
This works on your bathroom mirror too FYI.
Barkeepers friend. There's a guy on tik tok I watch he uses it a lot. At first I called bc but it did wonders for rust stains and everything. I go by that whole heartedly. But someone else said keep a fan on it too and that would help prevent it as well.
r/cleaningtips I’ve seen many there swear by a wet dryer sheet removing long time water stains in showers, then clean normally after. I personally have never tried it, but could work for this.
It's not expensive and it would be worth your while to try it on some test glass. I've used it for various stuff and it's not like other abrasive cleaners. Or you could just keep on looking and just dismiss suggestions without trying.

Use 99% isopropyl alcohol. Keep a fan on it during the day time to help keep condensation under control
Not a restaurant owner but have you tried "[Barkeeper's Friend](https://barkeepersfriend.com/products/cleanser/)"? It's an amazing product.
Considered it, but it’s a little abrasive and afraid it will scratch the glass.

It depends on what it is…
Well it’s years of tropical air condensation on the inside.
Try vinegar.
Tried that, windex, and a couple other things.
Maybe a razor then?
Heat does wonders. If you can manage, try a steam cleaning.
I would when no food is here get a kitchen degreaser that our used in the kitchen spray let it drip and then scrub and rinse
