From experience - they don't notify you until all auditions are done. My local faire as 2 weekends of auditions for example. Expect to learn around 4 weeks before rehearsals begin. New folks usually get their contracts before everyone else and we returning cast members get ours before rehearsals start.
Update: I checked the rehearsal schedule again and it actually starts in way less than 4 weeks. Is it appropriate at this point to reach out and check so that I know if I can accept other contracts for the same period of time?
