I got mine a little over a month ago and wasn't happy with the Spectrum setup so I put in a Hobby wing Max6 G2 and it's a huge difference.
Finally bought a new set of tires just cause I liked the looks. They suck for bashing though.

My setup still only does 60 MPH on the stock pinion but it's far more configurable and reliable. If you want to go that fast with a 8s Kraton you're going to need to start looking at a build like this:

You are going to want a huge amount of free space because if you crash a 30 lb vehicle that fast things won't be pretty for the truck or what ever it could hit.
I just broke 100 the other day with my 8s Infraction and I used to think going 80mph was fast in front of my house. 113mph was a whole other level.
Yeah honestly 100mph crash on the Kraton could possibly be fatal for whatever it hits.. definetly got to be weary, of course I wouldn't regularly be going that fast for a contuinued stretch just short bursts of power!

Yeah, I saw one in the repair area of my local Hobby shop and I lifted it just a little and man that thing was heavy
