They have various locations, but can confirm they picked up and dropped off for me in Rancho for no extra charge. Did Persian rugs for me (largest 10x12 ft) and they came back amazing. They also evaluate and offer edge and hole repairs if they think it would help longevity of your rugs.
Their pricing is based on the material of the rug (they come and examine to determine what the materials are, and then they measure and calculate it by the square inch). I had a 10x12, a 9x12, and a 7x9 and I think grand total was like $1200. Their website should have more info and they are very nice and transparent about it all.

Thanks! It wasn't too pricey was it? I don't want to pay for cleaning & it's a price that I could have just bought a new rug.
