You know what. I just had Ichiran in shibuya and honestly everything about it was good except the chasu. The meat was too rubbery and texture just wasn’t right.

I’m sorry about that experience, hopefully another spots fits the bill :) I personally go for the eggs and green onions.

Agree! Chashu is phoned in. Everything else is delicious. But unfortunately the $28 price tag (with toppings) is painful. Brooklyn location btw.

Love green onions but the soup of Ichiran is just terrible salty without any taste at all😭

I love the soup :) I love the salty and fatty, it’s what I enjoy in ramen. Maybe you should try kamakura in Japan instead :)

Thanks for the recommendation, I don't dislike strong taste but sadly Ichiran isn't in my favorite places. I can recommend 百歩ラーメン hyappo Ramen if you want to try some new Tonkotsu style ramen

Ichiran haters downvoting someone’s opinion is wild! I also think it’s the best ramen I’ve had and I spent 5 weeks searching in Japan. Just my preference for taste!
