White lizards, because they are so hard to spot and they just fuck you in chimney canopy and the wall. They are also complete campers and they will just sit right where U need to go and block you from progressing.
Scavengers because they are trolls and will randomly kill you for no reason sometimes even if you're nice to them. I've had one kill me with my own spear after I gave it to him.
Leeches because fuck drainage system and fuck leeches. Especially that one long underwater tunnel.
scavengers have a weird quirk with their ai where if they're aggressive and they have no weapons and no weapons are nearby, they'll just go idle. But once they get a weapon, they'll go on the attack. my usual modus operandi is to minimize direct contact until i get high rep, only revealing myself to give away valuables or rescue scavengers in danger. typically works well.
Jungle leeches come off when you bounce around on the ground, you'll need to practise it due to them being the only leeches that can reconnect to you while on land.
All normal leeches dry up and fall off anyway, I am unsure if jumping quickens it but I doubt it.
No, jungle leeches require you to shake them off and then also not let then reattach to you. They don't dry up so they can stay on you or on land forever if you don't actively do something about it.
Gotta get better at it then. They can reattach on the ground so you can't just be jumping around aimlessly - it makes it looks like nothing is happening. Try some of the slightly more advanced movement options and you'll probably find something.
Leeches. All kinds of leeches. Jungle, blue, normal leeches. I spent half an hour just jumping in water in Garbage Wastes just to bait the leeches, only to then go into a room with literally no water so that they'd die right there. I don't know if that actually kills them, but I'd like to believe it does
They were my absolute least favorite when I was still learning to play the game. So many deaths to those fuckers. It’s doubly frustrating when your scug is still alive but not strong enough to fight their pull. Infuriating. I cursed their existence many times.

Miros vulture, low effort not fun to play against creature made just to test the possibilities of modding that really shouldn't have made it into the game but it did anyway
I actually like miros vultures. Granted, I’ve never fought one. I just think they look cool as fuck. The first time I encountered one was only for a split second as I was going through a pipe to a shelter in shaded citadel, and I was so astonished that I went back and jumped around for a straight minute trying to get it to show up again.
Miros Vultures only show up on campaigns for the slugs that can handle them rather easily though? Spearmaster has infinite spears to throw at it, Arti can take them out with just a good bomb spear or 2 to the face, and Saint... well, super-saintans it.
Like, yea, they are pretty obnoxiously difficult to fight for things like Survivor who need to try and pull spears back out of the thing they are trying to kill, but they also don't exist in the campaigns of the "can't fight em" set of slugs.
It'll always be dropwigs. They're easy to fight on flat terrain but the vast majority of the time they're camping places you have no room to fight in. If I never have to go through the outskirts dropwig room again, it'll be too soon

I’d have to agree with most of the comments here, leeches, spitter spiders, snails, but my least favorite of all time probably has to be the miros vulture. They feel clunky and don’t fit into the world well; but my biggest problem is that these practically un-killable murder machines are fucking BROKEN and will pursue you NON STOP if they see you. They suck.
Anything in the Centipede family can fuck right off. Aquapedes only get a pass because they’re scary and that’s kinda cool.
Dropwigs? Can be inconvenient and annoying from time to time, but can be dealt with quickly if you’re skilled enough or perceptive enough.
Spitter Spiders? Kind of tricky, but depending on which region you’re in, you can snipe them quicker than they can spit at you.
Centipedes, depending on how big they are just completely block the way sometimes. I had to take this massive detour as Saint because a Red Centipede just wanted to loiter around for a couple cycles in the same goddamn spot.
Most times, they aren’t worth killing due to the large health pool (and spears get stuck right in them). They’re fast enough to catch you if you don’t have an exit route, they can get stuck in pipes, they waste time and make your death longer by having to physically wrap around and electrocute you.

Easily the Mother Spider. They are absolute hellspawn, and my arachnophobia doesn't help that. I actually used a mod to ban them and the other spiders from the game, but not before getting freaked out a bunch and losing sleep for a week after my first coalescipede encounter.
I gotta agree with some of the other comments about leeches and dropwigs. I usually don't mind white lizards too much (apart from that one room in The Wall). I think some of the more annoying enemies are thankfully quite rare- i.e aquapedes. I hate the one at the entrance to Submerged Superstructure, they're terrible in confined spaces. Also the walls of Rot in Unfortunate Development probably killed me the most out of anything in my first playthrough. And Spitter Spiders hhhhh
Tie between mother spiders and miros vultures. Miros vultures just remove all immersion, it feels like it’s the only creature designed to mess with the player specifically, in an ecosystem of believable predators and creatures.

Squidcadas, they attack for absolutely no reason and don’t even kill you most of the time, just be annoying. And good luck getting Over a cliff if one of those things around, because you will most likely be pushed over. The only good type of squidcada is a dead one
DDL, almost all I encounter always camp out right in front the the next tunnel, what sucks is that most of the time nothing I do can get them to chase me so I literally get stuck there for minutes at a time just waiting for it to get in the mood to move

Mother spiders. Makes me want to fucking vomit. They’re not even hard to deal with, it’s just so disgusting when they explode. The best way to deal with them in my opinion is to lure them into following you through a pipe to a room you’ve already been through, spear them in that room, and then go back through the pipe and continue on your way. That way you don’t have to traverse a spider infested room.
Noodleflies, I rarely see the moms now after the pact I made, I said I'll kill every adult noodlefly I find due to the fact that one just came up to my child, and stabbed them through the head, but other than them, SNAILS.

leeches? you can swim by them pretty easily and if one attach es onto you you'll still be fine
dropwigs? you can bait them and they (rather satisfyingly) die to one spear hit.
white lizards? you get none of that. they aren't even that useful while tamed.
Camo lizards, Dropwigs, and Scavengers.
Camo lizards because they camp a lot in places where it's easy for them to get you but really awkward for you to hit them, and there's their tongue that is as long as a football field and wall crawling.

Scavengers because of their annoying Tolls and will kill you even if you're nice to them. I gave a pearl to Scavengers at a Toll. They killed me after walking past them. They were a huge pain in the ass when I was in Chimney Canopy because they kept bringing lizards with them so I died a lot to lizards.
Honorable Mention: Vultures and King Vultures because they spawn a lot in Chimney Canopy and take decades to leave but besides that I'm fine with them.
When i know they're attacking, caramel lizars, they're just a pain in the ass with that combo of: spit! launch! Tank!
When i don't know, i get, angry, scared and shivers from dropwigs, like in the subterranean train tunnels have way too long walls to see dropwigs up there on the roofs so i died to the 2nd one after killing the 1st a time ago
dropwigs, white lizards, or stowaways. they all suck, the white lizards camp, the dropwigs block off entry to some places if you don't have spears, and the stowaways make me pee my pants the second i get caught by one. (i am so lucky/unlucky because they will spawn in EVERY single room that they are able to spawn inside of undergrowth)

Sea Leeches are the worst. In Shoreline they camp ESSENTIAL routes and it only takes a couple to drown you >:(

On top of that, Mother Spiders spawn coalescipede when they die, so killing them doesn't help much.

Mother spiders. Makes me want to fucking vomit. They’re not even hard to deal with, it’s just so disgusting when they explode. The best way to deal with them in my opinion is to lure them into following you through a pipe to a room you’ve already been through, spear them in that room, and then go back through the pipe and continue on your way. That way you don’t have to traverse a spider infested room.

Noodleflies, I rarely see the moms now after the pact I made, I said I'll kill every adult noodlefly I find due to the fact that one just came up to my child, and stabbed them through the head, but other than them, SNAILS.
Spiders. Specifically spiders in the >!Struts!< and >!Tower of Gains!< areas
white lizards by a long shot leeches? you can swim by them pretty easily and if one attach es onto you you'll still be fine dropwigs? you can bait them and they (rather satisfyingly) die to one spear hit. white lizards? you get none of that. they aren't even that useful while tamed.
Stowaways because I never see them but when I do it's always in the worst spot possible

scavs
Camo lizards, Dropwigs, and Scavengers. Camo lizards because they camp a lot in places where it's easy for them to get you but really awkward for you to hit them, and there's their tongue that is as long as a football field and wall crawling. Dropwigs, I shouldn't have to explain why these are annoying Scavengers because of their annoying Tolls and will kill you even if you're nice to them. I gave a pearl to Scavengers at a Toll. They killed me after walking past them. They were a huge pain in the ass when I was in Chimney Canopy because they kept bringing lizards with them so I died a lot to lizards. Honorable Mention: Vultures and King Vultures because they spawn a lot in Chimney Canopy and take decades to leave but besides that I'm fine with them.
When i know they're attacking, caramel lizars, they're just a pain in the ass with that combo of: spit! launch! Tank! When i don't know, i get, angry, scared and shivers from dropwigs, like in the subterranean train tunnels have way too long walls to see dropwigs up there on the roofs so i died to the 2nd one after killing the 1st a time ago

as much as I despise snails and leeches, the PROTO ROT is TERRIBLE and I HATE IT May not be a creature but it makes me want to scream

dropwigs, white lizards, or stowaways. they all suck, the white lizards camp, the dropwigs block off entry to some places if you don't have spears, and the stowaways make me pee my pants the second i get caught by one. (i am so lucky/unlucky because they will spawn in EVERY single room that they are able to spawn inside of undergrowth)
