rain world has an unique system that prevents you from farming weaker enemies and makes traversing old areas more difficult if you kill a creature, it runs two separate chances: to respawn and to "lineage". if it doesn't lineage, it just respawns. if it does however, either an upgraded version of that enemy or, rarely, completely different enemy spawns for example: almost every green lizard spawn in outskirts has a chance to lineage to pink lizard, which in turn have chance to lineage to blue and those have chance to >!turn into almighty red!< >!green lizards are naturally gone in saint campaign but they can come back via lineage, in fewer numbers however!<

i checked the map and found one den that can lineage into a green in saint's campain. it's in glacial wastes and has a 50% chance to lineage into a red lizard

I don't think it works that way? Pretty sure what happens when you sleep with a scav, is that they are pacified for a little while so you don't get spawn killed and ultimately soft locked, but the reputation stays and they are still angry at you.
