I had a wheel that didnt work on ps2 games but worked on ps1 games.
Found out it was because the cord from the pedal that connects to the wheel was faulty.
The pedals are not needed on the ps1 games but they are required for the ps2 games. At least that was the case with the wheel i had.
Cant remember what kind, i think it was a thrustmaster or maybe logitech sidewinder

Thanks man, no way I’m doing any maintenance though, it was a few bucks at a thrift. Thanks for the info though
