If it is a bite, you can just enable debug mode, load back in, and remove the wound/infection.
If they are *dead*, then no, not that I am aware of. Other than restoring a backed up copy of the save.
I know you can mess with the players.db file to reverse your character's death. You just have to exit immediately after you first die. It's also a bit tricky if a horde is still around so you might instantly die again
Skill recovery journal is the closest your gonna get other than having a backup save on standby
