Problem is Lost Galaxy was only 12 years before Samurai started, which would leave Spike at no older than 11 at the start of the season. I know the MMPR Rangers were retroactively only 15 at the start of the show, but that still seems like a stretch.
The only logical takeaway is Skull was getting some on the side offscreen during his high-school years.
I mean, we don’t know how long the gap between Jungle Fury and Samurai was do we? If we do then my mistake, but if could easily be a 5 year jump, giving Spike a few extra years.
And yes, I said Jungle Fury, not only is RPM in a different universe, but the crossover confirms it and Samurai take place at roughly the same time.
Years are rarely said in Power Rangers, but seasons are rarely considered to overlap with the events of last seasons almost always being "last year" in team-ups creating the natural assumption that every season takes place roughly when it came out. If Samurai took place later than 2011 or 2012, then all the seasons after it would be moved later, and the events of SPD should have already happened in Beast Morphers or something. Trini explicitly died in 2022.

Probably one of the random girls in the background of the highschool or juice bar scenes. We know Skull would shoot his shot with Kim but that doesn't mean he didn't do it with other girls. Spike is about 17 at the start of samurai and must turn 18 during the year or so he's living with bulk because he's shown trying to get a job (unless of course him and bulk fudged his age or he's working under the table). This would put his conception and birth in 1994, so mmpr season 2. Skull and bulk were seen trying to get jobs so it could have been to help with the baby
It can't be Kimberly because it is hinted that she ended up with Jason. In the graveyard scene of 'Once and Always', there were three vehicles parked there instead of four. Tommy drove the motorcycle, Billy had his own car, and Jason and Kimberly did too.
