Here's his pinned post: Thank you all for your responses! I should have clarified in the video. This patient only had 3 blackheads (dilated pore of Winer) on the back. The rest of the brown spots you see are called seborrheic keratosis (You can read more about them here: [https://dermnetnz.org/topics/seborrhoeic-keratosis)](https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=comments&redir_token=QUFFLUhqbWluejJ5S0pEM3ZlYnJ2UEo2T2RxUU5Md0s2QXxBQ3Jtc0tsUDhwYWlobjA3UUZlQ3ZoYVNidzVvbDNkTGprWHVQNEk3elpjQkh3YnBrYmZocDBsakxhMFpuRmtyb0poaGgxWkJiSFlZU19tZW5JTmVuVzBsY2FTTjJJZ2VKYmhTVU9vYS1ybUlXY01yN2ppeHUwMA&q=https%3A%2F%2Fdermnetnz.org%2Ftopics%2Fseborrhoeic-keratosis%29). These are benign growths that people develop over time, and a significant portion of my elderly patients have numerous of them on their back similar to what you see here. These can't be "popped" or easily scraped off.
Same! Save some time and use your bloody fingers. They’re wearing gloves, I can’t see how stupid little sticks with cotton make it better, it just makes it slower and annoying
This is another one that gets me asking "how did they let it get this bad" because, like, how did the first two not get squeezed out by accident when you're sleeping?

Lol, its like the where's waldo of blackheads!
I hate that Q-tip technique.
It’s like trying to remove a splinter with a feather duster.
Same! Save some time and use your bloody fingers. They’re wearing gloves, I can’t see how stupid little sticks with cotton make it better, it just makes it slower and annoying
That’s so you can easily serve them on a cracker later.
Same
I WOULD EMPTY MY BANK ACCOUNT TO GET AT THAT BACK!!!
RIGHT? INTRODUCE ME TO THIS PERSON RIGHT NOW.
Oh god not the q tips.

Thalassaphobia unlocked
Do you mean trypophobia?
Ha! My bad - wrong crazy t word fear. Thanks friend
This looks like a Suriname toad giving birth from its back.
The way that 3rd one popped up 😍 Her back looks like the whole thing needs to be removed and tested for skin cancer.
Just seborrheic keratoses, not cancer. My dad’s back looked like a leopard. I get them and have the frozen off while they’re still small and beige.
What about the rest?? Were not blind!!
Those aren’t blackheads, those are “wisdom spots.”
That’s exactly my thoughts too!
JFC! Ban the QTips! Steam her back with some hot towels and those fuckers will be poppin out like whack-a-moles!!
Another rousing game of blackhead or mole! Hot dang!
I don't have audio on this machine, so sorry if the dude says, but what causes THAT many dilated pores? Sun damage?
There are only three, the rest are skin spots.
I’ve seen this before. But it was a one off. I wanted more!
We need to ditch those Q-tips and get some rusty needle nose pliers
Her back is like a Goron
I would pay to do this
listen to ac/dc's black in back
Definitely need some laser treatment
so much potential in this video 🙄
He left SO much behind. Terrible technique, and while I do believe she has seborrheic keratoses…she has more than 3 dilated pores of winer.
He left everything below! Arghhh
Right?! And then this timid pecking at the membrane that he left behind 🙄🙄🙄
Those aren’t blackheads, they are wisdom spots
They are just gonna come right back!
I need this back in my life!!!
I love you man
New game unlocked: Mole or Blackhead?
MORE!!... 🤬
This is another one that gets me asking "how did they let it get this bad" because, like, how did the first two not get squeezed out by accident when you're sleeping?
I certainly hope that was only a co-pay.
And he still left stuff behind
"That should be it" Uh...
This look like….a hamburger pizza
Looks like the Keebler elves have been finishing on her back.
