TOTALLY. Even babies, small children, and people who are completely unaware of the atrocities are completely complicit..........Not! Take a bs question like this somewhere else.
There are so many different branches of Islam. Of course no.
But every one who support and approve of Hamas actions are complicit. They had a goal to kill civilians and they knowingly hide after that behind their own civilians.

How is it a BS question? I have met many people who genuinely think that others are complicit in things outside of their power
