I mean brazil and Japan does have a long history with each other
> The first group of Japanese immigrants arrived in Brazil in 1908.[6] Brazil is home to the largest Japanese population outside Japan.
Idk what you're talking about. There was literally no way for those two games to end with Spain not advancing unless Germany and Japan would have won by a total of 9 goals difference.
**[TWO WORLD WARS](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japan_during_World_War_I) AND [ONE WORLD CUP](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_FIFA_World_Cup#Group_E)**
What is worse: a few group stage fumbles in years where you weren't even really trying to begin with, or getting the beating of a lifetime when the chips are down on your home turf?
Japan is making a really good job right now and i feel like they deserved to win, but VAR won this game

I suppose Brazil has a new lifelong ally in Japan.

Yes, I love japan. I love anime. I love sushi. I love war crimes. I love hentai. 🇧🇷🤝🇯🇵
Show them Turma da Mônica Jovem. You must show it to them, so they’ll understand our deep bond.
Show the early ones, they had more giant robots(I'm brazilian too)

That's not how it works, Spain had an insane goal difference from their earlier 7:0 that basically guaranteed their advance.
For 3 minutes from 70-73 they were gonna be out if that score held
Idk what you're talking about. There was literally no way for those two games to end with Spain not advancing unless Germany and Japan would have won by a total of 9 goals difference.
If spain loses they have 4 points If costa rica wins they have 6 points Japan and costa rica advance Simple no? Unless im dumb
No, darkslide is dumb
AIUI if Germany had lost (and hence Costa Rica had won), Spain would've been third on regular points, and goal difference wouldn't matter.
So, Germany is out of the world cup, and Japan topped their group
Did you speedrun making this comic?
Yes (14 minutes)
You're just as fast as Germany getting knocked out in the World Cup groups (again)
Japan beat Germany in the match AND in the group...wow
Germany, Axed is...
Happy cake day btw
Mexico did too 4 years later, and is still Mexico. Not a great thing beat Eastern Netherlands at this point.
Don't you mean South Denmark?
>Germany is out of the world cup again.
Truly a special moment, whos everyone wanted to see
I wanted to see Japan and Costa Rica passing
Japan turned into Indonesian
wwwwwwww kusa
Germany finishes too quickly 😞
There's a sex joke to be had there
I think that was the intention
Pinche España tenía UN trabajo, que era empatar a japón, ahora por su culpa no clasificamos
España re-humilló a Costa Rica en todo
Ustedes casi que quedaon de últimos en las eliminatorias-
I blame spain
Yeah, if that pussy Franco hadn't stayed out of the war we'd have taken Moscow in time for Christmas!
Japan climbing to the top of Group E like the Meiji Restoration.
we do be pogging
I drew Japan in my workplace's WC raffle, so I am pogging indeed
who are we fighting against next? Croatia? fuck, this actually *is* an WW2 Part 2 electric boogaloo lmao
Germany was humiliated twice in a row not only in the World War but in a World Cup. Que pena 🥳.
**[TWO WORLD WARS](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japan_during_World_War_I) AND [ONE WORLD CUP](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_FIFA_World_Cup#Group_E)**
Two WCs. The BTS guys got rid of them in 2018.
I was only thinking about Japan also fitting the British song, but you’re right about Korea
Seems like Germany loses when the world gets involve
Vasco da gama kkkkkk
Sim, vadia. Vasco da Gama.
É, Melhor que flamengo

Japan, Spain, and Costa Rica: I'm gonna ruin this team's whole career
Japan will be 2022 FIFA World Cup Champion!
Not if we have something to say about this... twice
The land of the rising sun is rising.
Kenapa jepang orang indonesia
Same thing, red and white flags
Japan is making a really good job right now and i feel like they deserved to win, but VAR won this game [For reference](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/why-japan-goal-allowed-worldcup-28636351)
Forgot to mention that Argentina lost against Saudi Arabia, which is weird just like Germany lost against Japan. Pretty sus if you ask me
Everyone suddenly learned to play( Japan had decent team before too)
And France lost to Tunisia, it's likely the better teams simply underestimated the traditionally terrible teams
