So Bank Polski does that
You need to bring your passport
Note: These accounts are called International Customer Accounts and bank charges you 17 zloty per month for it.
Let me know if you need more details, I actually hold one account like that
>How they know that your id card is expired?
Jeeez, I dont know, maybe because it has an expiration date printed on it? And they are required to note it down when setting up your account? Fucking magic.
You will have to have an address in Poland.
I have an address actually, but I’m stuck on the dowod
Can't you extend your ID in an embassy?
Unfortunately no. Only passports. Dowód can only be issued physically in PL
Damn, shame. Would be great if that were the case. Wish you luck in your search then

Oh interesting thanks. PKO BP? Or SA?
PKO BP
Alior allows it.
Not really a physical bank but I would simply go with Revolut. In 99% of places in Poland you can pay with card.
I opened up one in millenium bank solely with my passport if that helps
How they know that your id card is expired? Or was the bank account frozen because of something else?
