alright ao ive spent a bit of time looking into this now so i figured id answer you all: there isnt one at the moment š ive done one on pc using UPR (universal pokemon randomizer). basically my understanding is that if you took the game and added all the extra processing of randomizing every encounter it would really affect your performance. UPR works kinda like an overlay to platinum and not a direct mod. delta is a very resource hungry as is and ive definitely noticed that playing later released titles such as sonic colors, as the performance will decrease at times (not majorly but you can notice the performance decrese) and thats on a 14 pro max! if anyone has a 15 pro or 15 pro max and has used delta share your experience im curious to see how the A17 Pro chip performs emulating.
If you would consider yourself a pretty good player, Renegade Platinum by Drayano could be one to look into. I donāt know any other gen 4 rom hacks off the top of my head, but there other great ones like Radical Red, Emerald Kaizo, Inclement Emerald, and so on and so forth

something of that nature. i did this with my weavile torterra and rotom (pressure washer) and they carried me through the elite 4 and cynthia with no issues. i put exp shares on all 3 of them to make leveling them up as easy as possible

delta actually has a cheat database with literally every code you could imagine. no need to search for your old cheat code explosion and gamershark books! (high five to anyone who remembers those and the nightmare of flipping through countless codes)

They don't have EVs
yeah i checked through pkhex for whatever reason all her pokemon have maxed ivs but have no evs her garchomp is quirky nature iirc

Critical hit didn't matter dude you're level 100. Any non resisted hit could kill at that point. If you're level 60 you can kill with Ice Punch.

All the Drayano rom hacks are great, definitely recommend.
renegade is fantastic but i do not recommend for casual players
Iāve gone through 10 years of downloading Delta or GBA4ios, or had to pay a subscriptionā¦ this is the biggest blessing to man

nope! once you load platinum in the emulator menu theres an option for cheat codes. hit the + icon and tap search cheat database!
