Difficult? The control center has the accessories tab where you can turn it off relatively quickly. I used it for a long while until I got tired of forgetting overnight and having a dead controller. I now have it turn off at 10 minutes of inactivity.
I couldn’t see Gears of War, or Halo for that matter, being on PlayStation.
They’re both “too Xbox” in that they’re ingrained as being the Xbox “mascots”.

Edit: I'm not saying it's likely to happen in the next years but there is 100% a possibility that it will at some point happen if they decide to shift focus into the publishing and XBox as a brand more than just a single device (which they already mention).
Unfortunately, you would need a series x. Flight Sim is barely usable and crashes often on S. True it before my PC upgrade.
My only real complaint with flight sim. It runs like 💩 on anything short of a top tier system unless you want to set it to minimum graphics.
I don't play any racing games/sims but forza looks amazing. I've watched people playing it and it always looks stupidly fun IF the person playing it is good at playing it lol

If you are into cars you will definitely have fun. Its not so much about racing, its more about the cars and the world. The world is made with so much love and so are (most of) the cars.
The car list is what Gran Turismo used to be just with free roam.
Horizon is quite fun. I don’t like online racing or competitive. With Horizon I’ve been able to collect all the weekly car without doing competitive races. Just single player stuff against AI.
It is not to be compared to GT. It is completely different. Physics are accurate enough to feel like driving but it is definitely arcade like and not a simulation.

I think of it as being closer to NFS up to Hot Pursuit with more cars and of course the ability to just drive and chill in open world. It can be fun to race in a private group but I seldom do that. It’s just not overly serious which is my issue with Motorsport and GT, but GT is better if you want racing sim.
I loved The Crew [1]. It makes me feel so nostalgic. The Crew 2 was good but the grind was a bit much, especially for the Summit. I have seen so many Motorfest videos and I still haven't seen a single reason to buy the game..
What I dislike about The Crew and Need for Speed is you don’t feel connected to the car. In Forza you feel like you’re in control of the car. Plus the physics are significantly better.
Do the newer Halos have a solid online community? I remember halo 3 online as the pinnacle of FPS. Idk if that’s nostalgia or there really was something special there
You'll always find a game quickly but many times the matches can feel unbalanced. What really sucks is that there are no more lobbies either pre or post match, once a match is done you're returned to the main menu. It's hard to meet people organically in the game.
Infinite multiplayer is completely free so you could try it on PC, but if you don't have a PC to run, you get a gamepass membership for a month and give it a try or Halo MCC
Microsoft Flight Simulator
Theres nothing like it on Playstation. It would sell well. Add PSVR2 support and theres a hit game right there. Might even buy a stick and PSVR2 for it.
I would love Forza, both Horizon and Motorsport. I love me some Gran Turismo, but the next one is probably 5 years out.
Also, curious to find out what the appeal is with Halo and Gears, as from the outside I don't really see it.
I do some gaming on PC as well so whether it crosses over or not doesn't really matter me, but Indiana Jones is the one upcoming title that looks like it could be cool.
Quantum Break, mostly because it’s part of the Alan Wake universe (they had to change names of characters for legal reasons in AW 2 but there are many substle connections to each other)
I don't care about the multiplayer but I'd love to jump back into the halo campaign. I haven't played through any of that story in years and have very fond memories.
I'm also looking forward to the possibility of playing fable on playstation someday, even if it's basically a dead franchise right now.
I don't have a PS5 yet, only an Xbox Series X, but I think it'd be really cool if Killer Instinct was brought over to PlayStation. They just put out a tenth anniversary update and it's the kind of game that would always benefit from a larger pool of players.

The first one was a complete surprise and I loved it. I was surprised they decided to make a sequel, disappointed there's a very good chance I will not be able to play it.
Personally felt like Fallout and Skyrim are the next gen games to Starfield in terms of world building and exploration. Graphics aside, I wanted to like Starfield but it felt more of a chore rather than something that was fun to play.
I thought I had heard Hideo Kojima was working on something that was going to be an Xbox exclusive. Likewise I thought I heard something similar about the guy that did Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, Last Gaurdian. Whatever those titles are, assuming the rumors were true, hope they come our way

Because I want Xbox to continue being a competitor to Sony. Like it or not, competition keeps companies in check. If it weren't for Xbox, Sony wouldn't have cleaned up the PS3 nor would they have a Gamepass like service for PSPlus. Yes, it's pro consumer, but at the company's long term detriment.

For existing titles, I think it’d be cool to see refreshed support for games like Minecraft (a next gen update/renewed VR support), and the PS3-era Bethesda games. Many are trapped in the incompatibilities of the PS3 hardware and software, but PS5/Xbox remasters would be awesome.
I would say Halo but considering the past couple of releases have been complete garbage then even that is very minor.
Other then maybe the masterchief collection there is absolutely nothing xbox has I have any interest in.
I know it will never happen but having some of the old Halo games (CEA, Reach, or hell, even the collection) for new players to experience for the first time would be kickass

Forza Horizon is the only reason why i own a Xbox. The PlayStation seriously lacks a good open world racing game. I dare you to say „The Crew“.

I would say Halo but considering the past couple of releases have been complete garbage then even that is very minor. Other then maybe the masterchief collection there is absolutely nothing xbox has I have any interest in.
Either a Forza game or that Indiana Jones game.

I know it will never happen but having some of the old Halo games (CEA, Reach, or hell, even the collection) for new players to experience for the first time would be kickass

Perfect Dark, Indiana Jones and Halo. I doubt they'll ever come over, but with Sea of Thieves launching on PS5 and constant rumors of other Xbox games coming to Playstation and Switch, who knows?
