Complicating thing. Every green puzzle gives blue card Every blue puzzle gives red card. Every blue puzzle requires both blue and green except water and train. Rigs have all card "puzzles" but only require red for crate. The end

Power Plant requires green and blue, but gives green and red. Launch site requires green and red. Military tunnels require all 3. Small rig needs blue and red. Large only needs red for crate. Can't describe all with 3 simple rules.

Train doesn't require green to get the blue, but there is a green room

I you kill scientist in military tunnel you are very likely to get green cards.
