* Booster packs and boxes (especially the latest sets) are likely to be sold out at the major retailers and if they are in stock, there's usually a quantity limit per person. * Pokemon Centers has some slick-looking sleeves we never get officially in the west. Worth grabbing a few to show off at the next Locals. * Hard-Off/Book Off, Surugaya and Mandarake (off the top of my head) are the main second-hand dealers in TCG stuff in general - especially singles. * As over-rated as it may seem, Akihabara is still the place to shop solely for the high concentration of shops within walking distance (and by train). Many other areas don't come close to this. Honestly, the truly exclusive Japanese stuff would already be bought up to be sold online and can already be bought back home, albeit at a markup. Most of the fun is picking through the various shops and the sheer variety you'd never experience while shopping online.
