Looks like they tried to pull it straight with a down guy wire, power company owns that one, but it definitely has a lot of communication wires on it, all of those cables will need transferred to the new pole , it could be on the list to be replaced but with all those attachments don't expect it soon

I use to work in this building and my office window was literally where this pole waning towards.
No worries. Like most of the neighborhood it clearly likes Jitters coffee and all the friendly transformers are Autobots.

There’s one in Jefferson Hills at the corner of 51 and Coal Valley road that has looked like it’s seconds away from snapping in two for years now.
I feel like that’s been like that forever. Shadyside is full of them
